Prices
All prices include a 22% sale tax and are subject to change without prior notice. All goods remain the property of Xado FINLAND until full payment is received. Delivery payment is 9 euro and is charged in all delivery ways excluding cash payment and self-delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 2-7 days from date of purchase and/or payment on our settlement account. In the case of delivery delay you will be informed by e-mail and can cancel the order. A self-delivery time is informed by e-mail.
Confirmation of order
Confirmation of the order reception is done through e-mail.
Payment manners
Settlement account transfer. Goods are delivered after full payment is transferred to our bank account.
Collect on delivery. Additional 3 euro for postage are collected.
Cash. Under self-delivery
Billing. Only for companies.
Guarantee
The goods have producer guarantees. The seller accepts concerning quality of goods within 8 days of purchase.
Return
Refunds, return or refusal of goods are accepted within 8 days of purchase and must be agreed upon with the seller. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return goods must be undamaged and in correct package.
